Pet Regulations
We gladly welcome pets, but out of respect for other guests and for common hygiene rules, we ask owners to follow some simple guidelines:
- CHECK-IN: All pets must be declared at the time of booking and reported upon arrival.
- HEALTH CERTIFICATE: It is recommended to have documentation related to the animal for insurance purposes and vaccinations as required by Italian law.
- ACCOMMODATIONS: Dogs are allowed in all pitches and all types of lodgings. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed in accommodations and 3 dogs in pitches.
- SAFETY: In all areas of the facility, they must be kept on a leash with a maximum length of 1.5 meters, as required by the ministerial ordinance of August 6, 2013. Dogs must be equipped with a hard or soft muzzle (to be used when necessary or at the request of management) and have undergone flea and tick treatments (before and during the stay).
- ACCESSIBILITY: Dogs are allowed in all common areas of the village.
- LODGINGS: For hygienic and sanitary reasons, please do not use bed and bath linens for the animal (for grooming, as bedding, or otherwise). It is forbidden for the animal to climb on beds, chairs, tables, etc. Owners accept and assume full civil and criminal liability for any damage that may result from their animals to property or people, with particular reference to restoring the environmental hygiene of occupied rooms if hair or other debris is found on beds or linens.
- RESPONSIBILITY: Their behavior must be managed by the owner so as not to disturb other guests or invade their pitches or living units. Ensure maximum compliance with hygiene and sanitary standards, such as collecting waste using appropriate bags. It is not allowed to leave the animal unattended in the facility during the stay. Management reserves the right to contact the competent authorities in case of abandonment/mistreatment and the right to remove the family. The customer agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and protect the facility or personnel connected to it from any claim for compensation, indemnity, or reimbursement of damages, costs, and expenses (including legal ones) related to injuries caused by them.
- SUPPLEMENT: Four-legged friends pay a supplement of €5 per day (only for accommodations) due to the need to perform more thorough room cleaning with appropriate detergents and sanitizers.
