General Rules

This regulation, which can be consulted online on our website and displayed at the entrance of the accommodation facility, can be downloaded in PDF format and requested at any time at our reception. Access to the Camping constitutes full acceptance of it.

  1. REGISTRATION: Upon arrival, as required by Italian law, each individual guest will be required to show a valid identification document for identification and subsequent registration. We advise our guests to always complete the Web Check-in where available. Please verify the accuracy of the registration data and inform the office of any changes or any arrivals/departures of other clients. Any further changes to the stay, related to each present guest, must be promptly communicated to the reception.
  2. QUIET HOURS: Our guests are required to observe the rest hours during the following indicated time slots: from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM and from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM. During these hours, particular care must be taken to respect the silence and peace of others. The campsite entrance will remain closed only during nighttime hours, and it will be forbidden to exit/enter with motor vehicles, except for specific requested needs or advance notices of delays. It is also forbidden to use such vehicles during these hours throughout the campsite. During the aforementioned hours, the use of electronic devices or musical instruments is prohibited, and behaviors and activities that cause disturbance must be avoided. We allow the use of TVs at moderate volumes. The campsite Management reserves the right to remove guests who may disturb the tranquility.
  3. CARS: On internal roads, it is mandatory to maintain a moderate speed, recommended not to exceed 10 km/h, in order to safeguard the safety of guests and staff. For non-essential movements within the campsite, our guests are asked not to use such vehicles – every area is easily reachable on foot/by bicycle. Bicycles, City Rollers, and electric scooters must follow the same circulation rules as cars.
  4. VISITORS: At the discretion of the Management and upon submission of a valid identification document, visitors are allowed. The visit is free within one hour, after which the current list prices will be charged. Visits to the campsite are allowed only from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM; other times will be permitted only if visiting relatives or family members staying within the campsite and in any case must end by 11:30 PM. Entry to Village Camping Fico d’India is strictly forbidden to all unauthorized persons; these will be removed from the campsite and are criminally liable according to Public Security regulations, articles 633-614-624 of the Italian Penal Code.
  5. RECEPTION AND BUSINESS HOURS: The schedule of various services is indicated on-site and on our online portals. Those staying in the facility without any advance reservation must settle the overnight stay payment on the day before departure. Conversely, stays booked in advance must be paid at check-in or within three days of arrival. The cash desk is open from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Payments can be made in cash, up to a maximum of € 4,999.99, or by credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and checks.
  6. MINORS: Minors must always be accompanied and stay with their parents or legal guardians, who are responsible for ensuring that the Village Camping rules are observed and respected. Minors must be supervised by an adult; therefore, we ask you to accompany them in various areas of the facility: vegetable gardens, public restrooms, and when using recreational activities. The responsible guest also agrees to compensate for any damages caused to the facility or third parties within the campsite.
  7. SAFEKEEPING OF OBJECTS: Each guest is responsible for safeguarding their own belongings. The Management declines any responsibility for losses, deterioration, or thefts suffered within Village Camping Fico d’India. Guests who find lost objects, either on the beach or within the Campsite, are kindly requested to deliver them immediately to the Reception. It is advised not to leave valuables in the car.
  8. DAMAGES AND ACCIDENTS: The guest acknowledges that the use of sports and leisure equipment is at the user’s own risk. The Management and staff are not responsible for damages due to temporary lack of gas, electricity, water supplies, or technical failures of the systems, for accidents caused by natural elements such as wind, storms and hail, falling branches, pine cones or other plant parts during weather events or otherwise, the presence of wild animals, for accidents caused by guests and their equipment or vehicles. Village Camping Fico d’India declines all responsibility for clumsy maneuvers made while entering or exiting pitches (impacts on trees, plants, branches, fences, or shading cloths). It is advisable to take out insurance for theft or damage, whether to equipment or due to natural causes.
  9. PROHIBITIONS: It is strictly forbidden to pick flowers, damage plants, dig holes or drains, damage lawns and vegetation in general, play with stones along the paths. It is also forbidden to make fences, drive nails or anchor anything to plants or their roots, stretch ropes at human height, and install anything that could constitute a potential danger or obstruct free passage. Dishes and linens, as well as fruits and vegetables, can only be washed in the appropriate sinks. It is absolutely forbidden to wash cars in the entire Village Camping area. It is prohibited to pour oils, fuels, boiling, salty, or waste liquids on the ground. In the living areas of the campsite, it is not allowed to play football or practice annoying sports (use the playground or the 5-a-side football field). It is strictly forbidden to tamper with electrical systems, bring firearms of any kind or other objects deemed offensive into the campsite. Guests who do not respect these rules, as well as the subsequent specific ones, in addition to reimbursing any damages, must leave the campsite at the request of the Management.
  10. OPEN FIRES AND BBQ: It is strictly forbidden to light fires both in the camping area and on the beach. The use of barbecues – gas or charcoal – is allowed provided all precautions for public safety are respected. Guests are strongly required to respect the natural environment.
  11. INFECTIOUS DISEASES: Guests assume their own responsibility for any risks related to possible diseases or infections, which must be reported, that they themselves or their pets may contract during their stay at the Village Camping. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, they exempt the property and staff from any responsibility in this regard, also waiving any claim for compensation or indemnity for any reason.
  12. ENVIRONMENT AND WASTE SORTING: Guests are invited to use the ecological area for waste disposal present within the facility. Carefully follow the instructions for waste sorting. Cleanliness is a benefit for everyone, and the cooperation of our kind guests is appreciated to ensure its maintenance. Water is a precious resource; you are invited not to waste it or use it improperly/for play.
  13. PETS: It is mandatory to report the presence of pets at the time of booking or upon arrival. Pet owners are obliged to sign and respect the specific regulations viewable in the “dog regulations” section and available on-site. Furthermore, please note that no animal can be accepted without the mandatory health documentation, i.e., the health regulations proven by the vaccination booklet.
  14. PITCHES: Pitch exchanges are not allowed unless expressly permitted by the Management. All equipment, including cars and caravans, must be arranged in an orderly manner. It is strictly forbidden to park any motor vehicle in passage areas. It is also forbidden to invade other pitches, even temporarily, even if they are unoccupied. Guests are required to keep their pitch clean and tidy during their stay as a courtesy to other guests and for the overall appearance of Village Camping.

Guests are required to comply with all hygiene and health regulations provided by current laws and regulations, as well as the regulations adopted within the facility.

Guest cooperation for the proper functioning of Village Camping will be greatly appreciated, by reporting any complaints and observations to Management. Failure to observe the above rules will result in removal.
